WE MAKE YOU TAKE
Welcome to Iron Fist. We made a Robot Hand which is totally 3D printed and controlled by anyone wearing a special glove. It can work wirelessly up to 100m in range.

OUR PROJECT
We have developed a Wireless Robot Hand. This 3D printed hand is controlled by anyone wearing a glove equipped with flex sensors that wirelessly transmit signals through an NRF240I module to operate the servo motors in the 3D hand.

Thank you for making to this end. We hope you enjoy our first project as Electronics Technologists.

MORE ABOUT OUR PROJECT
This project took us 14 weeks to complete. We 3D printed the hand using Ender 3 Pro 3D Printer. All the parts are available at http://inmoov.fr/inmoov-stl-parts-viewer/?bodyparts=Right-Hand.
It took us around 1 week to 3D print it and we got around 25 -30 parts that we had to match with each other.
It took another 2 -3 weeks to assemble all of them together and make it look like a hand.
In rest of the weeks, we keep working on software and hardware and to connect both of them with compatibility. The Timeline of the 14 weeks is provided below

Our group specializes in solving the problem by thinking thoroughly. Our aim was to teach people that a robot hand can be made in an easy and affordable method and we are happy to see that we are finally able to make it happen. Usually these kind of things took more than $2-3k to make and function but we are able to make it in around 350 $CAD. Here is the Finance structure of the project.
